30-Day Data Science Challenge

We’re excited to kick off the 30 Day Dataquest Challenge! Here’s why:

Building learning habits is crucial to your data career, but it can be difficult to get into a new habit. Maybe you’ve tried building before, but, time and time again, you fall off. Something comes up. What starts off exciting becomes too difficult. Before you know it, you’re back to square one. 

At Dataquest, our mission is to make data skills accessible for learners everywhere and  provide all the support necessary to make our learners successful. And what better way to accomplish our mission than with a challenging and fun data science competition!

30 Day Dataquest Challenge

The goal of this challenge is to rapidly build a learning habit that will help you gain the essential skills you need to successfully work with real-world data. This data challenge is ideal for enthusiastic learners who want to hold themselves accountable to expanding their skill sets and improving their careers.

1. Create your Dataquest account. Already have an account? No problem — just log in.
2. Complete at least one coding exercise per day in any of our lessons or practice problems.
3. Stay accountable by sharing your progress each day with other data professionals on our Discord server and by using hashtag #DataquestChallenge on any of our social media channels.
4. Learners with a 30 day streak are automatically entered into a monthly drawing for a free year of Dataquest Premium.
5. When can you start in this challenge?
   We recommend starting ASAP, but you can participate anytime you want. 
   This is a continuous monthly challenge that you can start whenever you want a boost of accountability or motivation. We’ll enter you into the lucky draw for the month when you complete your 30-day streak.
